EULA - End User License Agreement

Software license agreement (EULA)
Before installing this software on your computer, please carefully read the following terms and conditions.
If you do not fully accept and agree to these terms, then you are not allowed to install and use this software.

1. Free, Trial and Paid Editions
This Software comes in three editions:
Free Edition is distributed as freeware. You can use it freely for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
Trial Edition is distributed as Trialware. It is not free. You may use it for a trial period, at no cost to you, to determine if it fits your needs. If you decide to use the Software, you must purchase it and pay the applicable fee. You may use the Software commercially or non-commercially without purchasing a valid license. The Trial edition of this software may be used only to determine if the software suits your needs.
Paid Editions (all editions other than Free and Trial) are distributed as shareware. It is not free. You may use it only when purchased a valid serial number and obtained license through our activation process.

2. License Grant
This is a License between you ("Licensee") and Libor Tinka ("ImagingShop.com"). ImagingShop.com grants to you a non-exclusive license to use the enclosed copy of software in accord with the terms set forth in this License Agreement. The software is owned by Libor Tinka and ImagingShop.com and protected by copyright laws.
Software is licensed and not sold to you.

3. License Permits
The software is licensed on per-user basis. You need a multi-license in order to use the software by more than one user. Each user may use the software on up to 3 machines.

4. License Does Not Permit
Licenses may not be transferred except with specific written authorization from ImagingShop.com.
Licensee may not publicize or distribute any registration code algorithms, information, or license codes used by this software without permission of ImagingShop.com. Licensee may not charge fees for distribution or delivery of the Software without expressed written consent of ImagingShop.com. All granted licenses are non-transferable to other persons outside the organization of licensee.
It's strictly prohibited to sell or rent this software.
It's strictly prohibited to reverse engineer, re-distribute binary or source code (full or partial) of this software under any circumstances.

6. No Warranty
This software has no warranty of suitability for a particular purpose or satisfactory quality. This Software is provided to licensee "as is".

7. Newsletter
By activating this software you may agree to receive our software newsletter with information about Software updates. ImagingShop.com will ensure that it is possible to easily unsubscribe from all such newsletters.

8. Publicity
You grant the right to include your company's name and logo as a customer on ImagingShop.com website and other advertising and promotional materials. Within thirty days after your written request (usually sooner), your company's name and other materials will be removed from ImagingShop.com.

9. Customer Support
User can make use of our support service by sending a message through “Feedback” feature available in our software, or using a web form.
ImagingShop.com does not guarantee successful resolution of all support incidents.
ImagingShop.com will resolve critical bug reports and feedback messages from licensed users prior to other feedback messages.

10. Disclaimer
Licensee hereby disclaims and indemnifies ImagingShop.com from any juridical claims or complaints about the Software.
